Terms of Service

Welcome to Pocket Play

By using Pocket Play, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Pocket Play.

Your account

You can play the free games as a guest, or sign in with Google or with your email address. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for what happens on Pocket Play under it.

Premium

Premium is an optional subscription, monthly or yearly, bought through the Amazon Appstore. It renews automatically until you cancel it in your Amazon account settings. Prices are shown on the TV before you buy, and Amazon's terms apply to the purchase and to refunds.

Playing together

Phones on the same Wi-Fi join as controllers. Be kind to the people you play with, and choose names that are fine for everyone in the room.

The games

The games are provided as they are, and may change, improve or be removed over time.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
